The airflow is a crucial value for a good and efficient airjet reed. This pressure has to be set for each single reed by the use of rotary brushes and specific reading equipment. Due to friction the air pressure can eventually start to change with time and therefore it is advisable to send us your airjet reeds after a few working years for recalibration. Doing so we can check the existing airflow efficiency and if needed reset it to it’ s original values. If applied with method ,this will allow to keep the efficiency of the weaving loom always at maximum satisfaction and efficiency.
We use all original airflow setting instrument so that we can guarantee a high level service and becuase of that we will send back the inspected reeds always with a quality certificate. This service can be done only inside our production units.
