A weaving factory can be exposed to great complain due to the presence of shadows, reed marks, and other fabric surface imperfections. In some cases, the problem can be the weaving reed.
To reduce to the maximum this risk we have a special reed assembly technology called “Samurai Reeds” that increases greatly the reed-dent stability ( especially for high rpm looms ) and reduces the risks of reed marks, shadows & stripes in sensitive fabrics.
The Samurai upgrade is available for flat as well as for airjet reeds and in the density range between 16 to 34 dents/cm ( 40 to 85 DPI )
